  • 2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left intact
  • lemon wedges
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 pounds fresh or frozen squid
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 pounds 1-inch-thick firm white fish fillets (such as halibut)
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
    • 7 tablespoons olive oil
