  • 12 ounces, weight Fettucini
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Shallot, Minced Finely

  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 pinch Salt
