Seafood and Ricotta Cannelloni

- ½ cup(s) parmesan cheese
- 14 ounce(s) imitation crab meat - chopped

- 1 cup(s) ricotta cheese
- ¾ cup(s) parmesan cheese - grated
- ¼ teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 5 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
- ½ cup(s) flour
- ½ cup(s) fresh basil - chopped
- ½ cup(s) romano, parmesan, asiago blend shredded cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 10 ounce(s) frozen spinach - thawed, squeezed to drain
- ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
