Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can whole tomatoes in juice
  • ½ pound bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ cup scallions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 pound frozen cut okra
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
