  • 1 (12-ounce) container fresh oysters, drained
  • 1 (12-ounce) package bacon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Filé powder (optional)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
