Seafood Gumbo

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) butter flavored crisco
  • 1 pound(s) shrimp - peeled, cooked or uncooked

  • 1 teaspoon(s) gumbo filé or Old Bay Seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
