Sole with Seafood Imperial

Ingredients

  • ½ pound fresh lump crabmeat
  • Simple Lemon Butter
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup butter or olive oil, divided
