  • 2 large baking potatoes, each cut lengthwise into 12 wedges (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning blend (such as Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 400°. Spread oil on a jelly-roll pan. Place potato wedges on pan. Sprinkle with seasoning; toss gently to coat. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt.
