  • 4 center-cut skin-on salmon fillets (6 to 8 oz. each), rinsed and patted dry
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp. whole coriander seeds
    • About 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 1 egg white
