Ingredients

  • 3 ½ teaspoons dried savory
  • 2 ½ teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 ½ tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 whole salmon fillet (3 lb.)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup salt
    • 1 cup alder, apple, or mesquite wood chips
