Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise:
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mango
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 4 butter lettuce leaves
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh pineapple
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1/8 teaspoon finely grated lime rind
    • Burgers:
    • 4 English muffins
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 (1 1/4-pound) salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
