Grilled Pastrami-Style Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
- ¼ to 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- 1 (1 1/2-pound) center-cut salmon fillet
Prepare grill. Combine first 7 ingredients. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on a cutting board or work surface; brush evenly with olive oil.
