Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 cup loosely packed arugula
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon wasabi paste (see Notes)
