Ingredients

  • 2 large egg yolks (preferably organic)
  • ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 2 1/2- to 3-pound skinless salmon fillet (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
    • Blistered Baby Zucchini, Baby Pattypan Squash, and Grilled Tomatoes
    • Olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon water
