  • Blistered Baby Zucchini, Baby Pattypan Squash, and Grilled Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 large egg yolks (preferably organic)
  • 1 2 1/2- to 3-pound skinless salmon fillet (about 1 inch thick)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 anchovy fillets
    • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
    • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 2 garlic cloves

Whisk egg yolks, basil, garlic, anchovies, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl. Whisk in 2 tablespoons oil a few drops at a time, then gradually whisk in remaining oil in thin stream.
