Grilled Scallops over Mixed-Green and Herb Salad
Ingredients
- ¾ cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
- ¾ cup loosely packed basil leaves, torn in half
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 cup olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 4 teaspoons sherry vinegar or red- or white-wine vinegar
