Grilled Wild Salmon with Roasted Beets and Arugula
Ingredients
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups arugula leaves
- Balsamic Reduction
- Olive oil
- 18 baby red beets
- Salt
- 1 pound wild Pacific salmon
