  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 ½ cups white wine
  • 1 ½ cups soy sauce
  • 6 lemons, juiced
