Salmon on the Grill
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, wedged for garnish
- 2 pound(s) salmon fillets
- 1 ½ tablespoon(s) olive oil, extra virgin
- 4 salmon steaks, ¼ lb. to 1/3 lb. each
