  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pound fresh cheese tortellini
  • ¾ cup light mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
