Apple and Horseradish-Glazed Salmon

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick), skinned
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/3 cup apple jelly
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine apple jelly, chives, horseradish, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt, stirring well with a whisk. Sprinkle salmon with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
