  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
