Asian Salmon Fillets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 4 salmon fillets (5 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
