Ingredients

  • 9 tablespoons (4 1/2 ounces) block-style light cream cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons prepared wasabi
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 ½ teaspoons prepared wasabi
  • 9 tablespoons (4 1/2 ounces) block-style light cream cheese
  • 4 ½ cups cooked Sushi Rice
  • 6 nori (seaweed) sheets
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 ½ cups cooked Sushi Rice
    • 2 cups thinly sliced smoked salmon (about 12 ounces)
    • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions

Combine first 3 ingredients. Cut off top quarter of nori sheet along short end. Place nori, shiny side down, on a sushi mat covered with plastic wrap, with long end toward you.
