  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
