Broiled Salmon with Roasted Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ small onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound plum tomatoes, quartered
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skinned
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- 1 cup organic vegetable broth (such as Swanson Certified Organic)
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
