Broiled Salmon with Sweet-and-Sour Cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 8 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- Sweet-and-Sour Cucumbers
