Caviar and Salmon Blini Tortes

Ingredients

• 1 large egg

• ¼ cup whole milk
• ¹/₈ teaspoon baking soda
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
