Chive Salmon with Remoulade
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 2 Granny Smith apples-peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 0.5 cup(s) plus 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 0.5 tablespoon(s) chopped drained capers
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 8 medium radishes
