Chive Salmon with Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 2 Granny Smith apples-peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 0.5 cup(s) plus 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) chopped drained capers
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 8 medium radishes
