Ingredients

  • Garnishes: sprouts, fresh cilantro, carrot and pepper strips, and edamame*
  • 1 small red Thai chile pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
    • Hot cooked rice
    • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
    • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • 4 (4- to 6-ounce) salmon fillets
    • 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
    • 4 (4- to 6-ounce) salmon fillets
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • Salt, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce

    • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
    • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
    • Hot cooked rice
