  • 4 scallions
  • 3 (7.5 oz) cans salmon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain dried bread crumbs, preferably panko
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup minced celery
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
    • ¼ cup olive oil

Drain salmon, remove and discard bones and skin, and place meat in a bowl; mash with a fork. Add celery, mayonnaise and 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs.
