Cumin-Dusted Salmon Fillets

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick), skinned
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, and add fish. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
