Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • 2 slice(s) of bacon
  • 16 littleneck clams
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 medium onion

    • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 medium red potatoes
    • 1 cup(s) heavy cream
    • 6 ounce(s) skinless salmon fillet
    • 0.5 cup(s) dry white wine
    • 6 ounce(s) cleaned monkfish fillet
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
