  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skinless
  • ½ tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
