Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded napa cabbage

    • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, sliced

    • 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
    • ½ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Remove ginger and lemongrass; discard.
