Lemon Blinis with Caviar and Scallion Crème Fraîche
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons scallions
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 cup crème frache
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- ¼ cup buckwheat flour
