Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 5-to 6-ounce skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce

    • 3¼ cups (or more) low-salt chicken broth
    • 1½ cups basmati rice
    • ¾ cup shallots
    • 2 tablespoons honey
