  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
