  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • ½ fresh pineapple
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
