Microwave Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks (approx. 1 ¾ lb.) or 4 salmon fillets, ½ inch thick (approx. 1 ¾ lb.)

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce (can be reduced-sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons marsala or 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 cloves crushed garlic
    • 2 -3 scallions, sliced thinly, to garnish (white and light green parts)
