Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup unsalted matzo meal
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Thin Potato Kugel (optional)
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • Lemon-Dill Sauce
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 (14.75-oz.) cans pink salmon
    • Kosher salt (optional)
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    • Mixed baby salad greens
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • ½ cup finely chopped yellow onion
