Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Fresh dill sprigs, rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Paprika
  • 5 ounces hot-smoked salmon (see notes)
  • Seasoned salt
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire
    • Crpes
    • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    • ¾ teaspoon chopped fresh dill

1. Stack 2 crpes and, with a 2 3/4- to 3-inch round cookie cutter, cut into closely spaced rounds. Repeat to cut remaining crpes; discard scraps.2. Preheat oven to 350°.
