Pan-Roasted Salmon with Ginger and Curry
- 2 6-oz. pieces center-cut salmon fillet with skin
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 scallions
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
