Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 large shallots
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 pound dried pappardelle or fettuccine
  • ¼ pound sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 pound asparagus
