Penne with Salmon, Arugula, and Chives

  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups arugula
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillet
  • + 2 more ingredients
