  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup instant potato flakes
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 8 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
    • 1 teaspoon wasabi powder (dried Japanese horseradish)

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle salmon evenly with salt and pepper; brush both sides of salmon with mustard mixture.
