Roasted Salmon Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • spring mix salad greens
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • ¼ t pepper
  • ¼ t salt
  • ¼ c capers, drained
  • 1 green onion, chopped (white and green parts)
  • ¾ c fresh dill

    • ¼ c light mayonnaise
    • 1 c plain greek yogurt
    • pepper
    • salt
    • olive oil
    • 1 ½ lb salmon filet
