Roasted Salmon with Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 1 ½ pounds)
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
