Roasted Salmon with Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 1 ½ pounds)
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
