Ingredients

  • 6 6-oz. center-cut, skin-on salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. coarse-grained Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • Kosher salt

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 400°F. Line a heavy-duty rimmed baking sheet with foil.
