  • 1 (2 1/4-pound) wild salmon fillet
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 8 (1/8-inch-thick) slices lemon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
