  • 1 teaspoon hot sesame oil
  • 1 (2-pound) skinless king salmon fillet, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • Garnishes: salmon caviar, fresh rose petals
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons grated fresh horseradish
  • 3 cups fresh arugula leaves
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 English cucumbers
    • 6 green onions, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, toasted and coarsely ground
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared wasabi
    • 2 small green mangoes, peeled and finely chopped (about 2 cups)
